Terms & Conditions

 

We stand behind our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any Cervicloud® products, we offer a full refund on eligible returns.

 

Please reach out to our customer support team at sales@cervicloud.com to confirm the return. Our customer support team will confirm return eligibility and provide you with our return address.

 

In order to ensure the safety of all of our customers, due to COVID-19, some orders may not be eligible to be returned. All returns must be new and unused.

 

You have 15 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please keep the email invoice.

 

We cannot accept returns via rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process.

 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we received it and inspect it. Once inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. We provide a refund to your original payment method.

 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. We do not provide a return label or pay for return shipping.

 

For any product return you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Any sales items
  • Gift cards
  • International orders are NOT eligible for return 
  • Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts

 

Items that are are defective or damaged are NOT eligible for refund. We only offer exchanges to replace items if they are defective or damaged.

 

The Terms & Conditions of our Returns Policy prevail in the case of miscommunication or otherwise.
