We proudly offer worldwide shipping! Please note that we require 1 to 5 working days on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Rest-assured we are doing everything in our power to get your order to you as soon as possible! Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 21 business days. Please consider any holidays that might impact delivery times.

Due to the nature of the shipping business, delays are often inevitable, all our shipping times are therefore guidelines only and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Tracking your order: 

You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Track Your Order page. Please allow 1 to 7 working days for the tracking information to show.


Wrong address disclaimer:

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at sales@cervicloud.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.



By placing an order on Cervicloud, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Cervicloud. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. All returns must be new and unused. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.

* In order to ensure the safety of all of our customers, due to Covid-19, some orders may not be eligible to be returned. 


Lost/Stolen Packages:

Cervicloud is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
